Loosening the Caffeine Noose

Vegan day 12. Major discovery: I don't "need" as much caffeine as I did in my omnivore days. I still drink one or two cups of coffee on rising, but that's the extent of my caffeine consumption for the purposes of recharging and maintaining alertness. I don't wake up feeling like death warmed over anymore. It's a good feeling knowing my body is being fueled by vegetables, fruits, grains, and healthy fats!
