Tomatoes - They're not just for salads anymore

The tomato is my favorite vegetable. I love bagels and cream cheese. Today I decided to merge these three favorites and create a new breakfast item. I'm grateful that we've got a toaster and a toaster oven in the break room at work. Here's to a new week and a new month, and I love my grandson Charlie!
